Since 1999, Barbara has worked with dozens of forward-thinking business owners and leaders who are committed to bringing out the best in themselves and everyone around them. Her clients include executives and owners of businesses that range from entertainment production companies, real estate professionals and financial advisors, to lawyers, transformational education leaders and restaurant owners. A C-Suite executive prior to founding her coaching business, Barbara was a VP at United Artists Pictures and Grey Advertising. She then became President and CEO of a start-up design and advertising firm and led its growth into a multi-million dollar business. This background of leadership success and in-depth business knowledge create an elegant foundation of success that she applies to each coaching engagement.

As a tireless advocate for her local communities, Barbara has worked with Ray Stark and the Fran & Ray Stark Nonprofit Foundation on The Homeboys Bakery Project, which helps get high-risk East LA youths get off the streets and into the business world, and has served on the Boards of Directors of Events of the Heart as well as The Environmental Media Association (EMA).
